What’s a credit?
A credit is like a raffle ticket or a point.  1 credit = 1 chance to win in a contest.


Is the winner picked at random or by the most credits entered?
The "Sweepstakes Prize" (or Grand Prize) is always a random drawing.  The more entries you have, the more chances you have to win.  We sometimes have a "Most Credits Prize" for whoever has entered the most credits in that weeks sweepstakes is the winner.


How can I win when some else has entered more credits then me?
Always enter every contest, even if it's just one credit.  If you don't enter, you can't win.  Since it's a random drawing, entering the most credits does give you more chances to win. However, so far, none of the users who have entered the most credits in a contest has won the sweepstakes.  (They've come close, but not yet.)  So enter every time, just in case!


What if I run out of credits?
For each new contest you enter you automatically get more credits so you can never run out of credits.


How do I get more credits?
There are several ways to get more credits. Invite your friends. When they sign up, you’ll get more credits.  We also give extra credits on Twitter, Facebook, and in our videos through Bonus Codes.  You can also type in a message from a sponsor and get credits.

This box will show up in different locations, like after you enter a bonus code or on the right side of the page on the current contest.  This only works once per day, so after you type it in, it's gone.


What’s a Bonus Code?
A Bonus Code has credits attached to it.  Just enter the code into the Bonus Code box and you get the credits.


It says the Bonus Code is no longer valid.  Why's that?
Some codes DO last longer than others. In general, the codes that we send out will work until the night the current contest ends. We usually pick bonus code names that correspond with products we are giving away, so when the ... See Morecontest is over we are on to the next product.


Where do you get these gift bags?
Sponsors of Hollywood charity events and awards shows often give away gifts to celebrities as a way to promote their products.  These events are very exclusive and invitation only.


How do you get into these events to shoot your show?
We have spent a lot of time establishing relationships with the companies that organize these events.  In exchange for publicizing the sponsors we get the same gifts as the celebrities.


Why do you need my phone number when I sign up?
Two reasons.  The first is we need to call you if you win and get your shipping address.  The second is to prevent people from creating multiple fake accounts. (One account per person, please.) We will NEVER use your number for anything else or give, sell or transfer it to anyone.


How do you pick the winner?
We use a third party draw service called RANDOM.ORG.  They act as an Independant Observer to oversee and carry out the random selection of the winner. A permanent audit record of the drawing is maintained by RANDOM.ORG for 5  years. All of the entries in the contest are entered, randomized and then the winner is selected, along with nine runner-ups.  If we cannot verify the contest winner within 5 days, we then go to the first runner up.


Why don't you post the winner immediately?
All winners are required to verify who they are and sign some paperwork.  If we can't verify the winner within 5 days, we then go to the next runner up, and so on and so on.  Once we verify the winner we then post them up.
